Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of Sumora. Please read them carefully.

Effective date: June 6, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

Sumora is an agentic business operating system operated by Contral ("Sumora", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Sumora on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The service

Sumora provides software that lets you and a team of AI agents create and run work for your business, including drafting and publishing content to your connected third-party accounts. We may add, change, or remove features over time, and we may update the service to keep it secure and reliable.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your account credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You are responsible for the content you create or publish through Sumora and for ensuring you have the rights to use it. You must comply with all laws that apply to your use of the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Sumora to:

  • break any law or infringe anyone's rights;
  • send spam or publish deceptive, harmful, or unlawful content;
  • violate the terms or policies of any connected third-party platform (such as Google, YouTube, or Meta);
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service, other accounts, or our systems; or
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.

5. Third-party platforms

Sumora integrates with third-party platforms, including Google, YouTube, and Meta (Instagram). When you connect such a platform, your use of that platform is governed by that platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for complying with them. We are not responsible for third-party services, and we may lose the ability to offer an integration if a platform changes or removes its access.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any content generated by AI agents will be accurate or suitable for your purposes. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on or publishing it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sumora and Contral will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, if required by law, or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the service or to others. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction to be specified], without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in [jurisdiction to be specified].

10. Changes to these terms
